Accessing Your Questionnaire

How do I access my questionnaire?

The questionnaire request can be accessed via the email you received titled New Questionnaire Request Received. Within the email is a blue button labeled Click here to go to the questionnaire which will open the questionnaire in your browser.

This link may expire but can also be used to establish a password-protected account for greater security and ready access to prior responses. If it would be helpful to any of your colleagues to be added to this or future requests for response collaboration and distributed review, request that they be added by emailing support@alphapipe.com. Similarly, contacts who are no longer valid can be removed. There is no limit on the number of colleagues that may collaborate on a request.

How do I create my Account?

The direct access link to the request may expire but can also be used to establish a password-protected account for greater security and ready access to response tools leveraging all prior response by you and your colleagues across a firm. You are not required to create a password-protected account but are strongly encouraged to do so.
How can my colleague access the questionnaire?

Ask for request(s) to be sent to additional recipients (option A)

If your colleague was not included in the original questionnaire request(s) you can contact AlphaPipe or the requesting party with the colleague’s name and email and they will be added as recipients. Once added, your colleague will receive an AlphaPipe email titled “New Questionnaire Request Received.” There is no limit on the number of colleagues that may collaborate on a request.

Forwarding the AlphaPipe questionnaire request email to your colleague will give them the ability to click the link and open the questionnaire in their browser.
